RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, SECURITY POLICY & CHECK-IN/OUT

Reservation Deposit To reserve The Baldwin House we require a 50% deposit of the total rental price. Paid in check, cash, or credit card. Please not, If you are paying your deposit with a credit card we only charge your credit card in the event of a cancellation. Final payment for rental is due in full at time of arrival, With check or cash only. Cancellation policy Graduation Cancellation Policy 50% rental deposit to be paid by check only. We hope you understand our graduation policy, for we get many many requests for graduation weekend/week and if one was to cancel reservations for graduation, We would most likely not be able to fill the graduation dates, 6 months prior to graduation. Check in is between 1-6 PM, please contact us if you are unable to arrive during this time frame. Check out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. We must ask for a phone call or email, 24 hours prior to checking in with an estimated time of arrival. (Even if it is within the regular check in hours) Thank you for your consideration.
