Reservation Deposit To reserve The Baldwin House we require a 50% deposit of the total rental price. Paid in check, cash, or credit card.

Please not, If you are paying your deposit with a credit card we only charge your credit card in the event of a cancellation. Final payment for rental is due in full at time of arrival, With check or cash only.

Cancellation policy
Please note that if your reservation is canceled within one month of the scheduled arrival time a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged.. Should you cancel within one week of your scheduled check in, the entire reservation will become non-refundable and charged to your credit card or check.
You will not be charged for the $500 security deposit in the event of a cancellation.

Graduation Cancellation Policy
Please note that if your reservation is canceled within one year of the scheduled arrival time a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged. Should you cancel within six months of your scheduled check in, the entire reservation will become non-refundable.

We hope you understand our graduation policy, for we get many many requests for graduation weekend/week and if one was to cancel reservations for graduation, We would most likely not be able to fill the graduation dates, 6 months prior to graduation.

Check in is between 1-6 PM, please contact us if you are unable to arrive during this time frame. Check out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. We must ask for a phone call or email, 24 hours prior to checking in with an estimated time of arrival. (Even if it is within the regular check in hours) Thank you for your consideration.

Security Deposit
The Baldwin House requires a $500 security deposit. This $500 security deposit is held for in the event of damages done to furniture, floors, swimming pool, and or items taken from the Baldwin House.
We also will charge your security deposit for additional cleaning, above and be on, normal wear and tear.
Please keep in mind that if you are paying your security deposit with a check, We will return your check within one week of your departure.
